瑞典的 QX Gala 是瑞典國內每年一度的同志盛會
有點類似奧斯卡或金鐘獎金曲獎，但是都是與同志有關的
而且也不只是影片或歌曲，也遴選同志或對同志友善的運動員或社會人物

如果說出 Olivia Newton-John 的名字可能很多人不知道她是誰
但如果說到「非常性感養眼的健身房俊男美女 MV」可能就多少有點印象了
Youtube 上新舊兩版都找得到

The Knife 是一個來自瑞典哥特堡 Gotherburg 的電子流行音樂團體
成員是一對姊弟 Karin Dreijer Andersson 和 Olof Dreijer

同樣是在 Idol 節目中聽到的好歌
"Ambitions" 是挪威樂團 DonkeyBoy 在 2009 年的新歌

從2008年移居瑞典後開始接觸瑞典的 Idol
是一個類似於台灣星光大道的歌唱選秀節目

上個週末的報紙副刊列了一個「史上最怪異電視節目」
第一名是一個奇怪的電視喜劇影集
主角是希特勒和其妻子 Eva 住在一棟小洋房，而他們的隔壁鄰居是一對摳門的猶太夫妻

這傢伙真的是很有勇氣
在瑞典的歌唱大賽上演唱評審完全聽不懂的中文歌曲(光良你紅了！)

這是我們每週兩次有氧操的最後跑跳動作音樂
有氧操的順序基本上是熱身動作 --> 緩和動作 --> 地板動作 --> 基本跑跳動作 --> 地板動作 --> 跑跳動作 --> 最後跑跳動作 --> 緩和動作 --> 柔軟操。
因為通常到第二次地板動作之後身體已經相當疲累滿身大汗
這時候最後的跑跳動作就要搭配節奏快速強烈的音樂
我們戲稱做 Energy Squeezer，像榨汁機一樣把身體的最後一點體力搾出來 XD
這首的主唱 E-type 來自瑞典
這個版本的跟他後來收錄在 Euro IV Ever 專輯中的版本有點不同
Youtube 上找不到這個版本的官方MV，只好用粉絲自製的MV代替
重點還是音樂，跳有氧的好幫手 :-p

原本固定每週去兩次的有氧體操課前一陣子換了新的音樂和動作
其中有一首真的非常動感 (聽了會忍不住手舞足蹈起來 Orz)
